Lightbox shortcode only working in Chrome/Mac not Firefox/Mac or Safari/Mac

I have added the shortcode lightbox to our page hoping to display a youtube video. This functions properly in Chrome on the Mac (for a co-worker but not for me), but not Firefox/Mac&PC, Safari/Mac, Opera/Mac, Chrome/PC and IE/PC.

The video is not loading for me. Instead of using https://youtu.be try the http://www.youtube.com/ format.

I changed my code to https://youtu.be/seMwpP0yeu4 and http://youtu.be/seMwpP0yeu4 and neither of them work.
