Hello. We’ve got some problems with the Enfold Theme. When I want to work on the “Site”, the backend interface is loading endless (loading cycle). The “start” page and one other main menu are affected particularly. Could it be, that the WordPress Version 4.2.2 and the Enfold Version 3.2 doesn’t work very fine together? We even checked the plugins, but it doesn’t seems to be the problem. Looking forward to hearing from you. Need your help. Thank you in advance

They should work just fine together but sometimes things get corrupted, could you try to completely overwrite you theme files with a fresh copy from Themeforest via FTP to see if that works? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
If you should still be having problems after that then please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look. You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.

we’ve done the update, but it still doesn’t work. Please find in the following (privat content) an access to our wordpress backend and ftp-server. Looking forward to hearing from you as soon as possible. Many thanks in advance.

Thanks for the info and I can see your problem, did you overwrite the theme files via FTP or did you just update the theme via the backend? It could be a plugin conflict as well so maybe you could try to deactivate all plugins to see if one of them is causing the issue?

We overwrite it via FTP, because it wasn’t possible to do it through the backend (everytime we try, it interrupt automatically). We also try to deactivate some plugins, but to the end, we would need to deactivate ALL plugins and this couldn’t be the final solution. What can you do, to resolve this problem?
