When acces the Nextgen Lightbox Pro in Chrome Mobile on Android 5.0 I get a fatal error:
“Fatal error: Could not extract a stage height from the CSS. Traced height: 0px.”
I use the latest version of WordPress, Enfold (3.2.1.) and Nextgen Plus 1.3.0.
On a default WordPress Theme there is no problem and the Lightbox Pro works fine. With Nextgen Plus 1.1.3 it works to. (ther I have a other issue what is solved in 1.3.0.).
Is ther a conflict Nextgen vs Enfold?
Do you have a solution?
June 24, 2015 at 6:38 am #463801Hi Urbannature!
Did you try to disable the Enfold lightbox in the theme options? Our support for third party plugins is limited but if you send us an admin login we can have a closer look. You can post the details here in the Private Content area of your reply.
Cheers!

June 25, 2015 at 5:13 am #464401Hi Roland!
We’ve made updates to the forum and unfortunately we’ve had some problems with displaying information submitted in the private area, though it should be fixed now. Could I ask you to post the details again please?
Best regards,

June 26, 2015 at 9:56 am #464823Hey!
As much as we like to help with the problem, unfortunately, we are not too familiar with the plugin code structure. I think it’ll help if you contact the plugin author regarding the issue. If possible, try to test the plugin on a default wp theme.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 26, 2015 at 11:40 am #464886In the private area earlier you can find the support mail from Nextgen. They think de problem is in Enfold. I have tried different things.
On a default theme everything works fine also with Avada from Themeforrest
June 30, 2015 at 9:38 am #466236Hey!
I get a “Oops, This Page Could Not Be Found!” error message when trying to open the link (Nextgen support.pdf).
Try to deactivate all other plugins, to see if another is causing this issue.
You can make a feature request for Enfold here: https://kriesi.at/support/enfold-feature-requests/
Cheers!
AndyJuly 30, 2015 at 3:52 pm #480749Hi,
same error here. After upgrading to Enfold 3.2.3. the LightBox Pro stopped working. The gallery shows fine but when you try to display one image using LightBox Pro the browser does nothing. Trying to do the same from an iPad (iOS) I get the “Fatal error: Could not extract a stage height from the CSS. Traced height: 0px.”
I already have tested to deactivate all plugins, but no effect in this issue.
It seems an issue with last Enfold updates.
I will appreciate your support.
August 3, 2015 at 6:28 am #481883Hi @Urbannature, could you have a look at the link to the pdf from NextGen, it gives me a 404 error. It would be nice to see what they have to say about it.
Cheers!

August 17, 2015 at 1:31 pm #488890Hey!
did you try to deactivate all other plugins? maybe one is causing a conflict. We can’t really support all 3rd party plugin out there, so if you need help with this plugin please ask the plugin’s author.

RikardAugust 20, 2015 at 5:00 pm #490909same here.
nextgen plus and pro lightbox works well with all enfold versions before and including 3.2
3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.3 had problems with the nextgen lightbox. fatal error blah blah.the biggest problem is the ping/pong game with such issues. the developer on both sides say “we don’t support 3rd party stuff”…. :)

JosueOctober 10, 2015 at 12:50 am #516711Hi,
Here is a little workaround for the problem:
/wp-content/plugins/nextgen-gallery-pro/modules/nextgen_pro_lightbox/static/theme/galleria.nextgen_pro_lightbox.css .galleria-theme-nextgen_pro_lightbox .galleria-stage{ height:100%; }
I hope it helps!

KevinOctober 10, 2015 at 7:58 am #516737Thanks for sharing your solution Kevin.
Best regards,
JosueOctober 22, 2015 at 8:27 pm #523279Here is what fixed the issue for me. On line 33 of galleria.nextgen_pro_lightbox.css file you will find
.galleria-theme-nextgen_pro_lightbox .galleria-stageI added height:100% !important; and it is working now.
Good luck
