    When refreshing – any – page on site the theme is lost.
    Refresh again – theme is back
    Refresh again – theme is lost
    and so on and so on

    Need to buy a clue.

    Hey tsyschupack!

    Seems like the CSS is not loading after refreshing, could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict?
