    Hello!

I came across the thread below that is now closed, but I’m running into the same or similar problem and I don’t know what the resolution was.

    https://kriesi.at/support/topic/facebook-video-on-a-page-or-post-in-enfold

I’ve tried to embed a public (and I made sure it is public) Facebook video into my Enfold theme using several methods:
    – Embed code provided by Facebook with and without the dev SDK code into a Text module.
    – Embed using a third-party Facebook Video embed plugin for WordPress that was pretty useless.
    – Deactivating all the third-party plugins one by one to see if any were causing a conflict (none of them were)
    – Using the Video module and simply plugging the Facebook video url in there (no such luck).
    – I even resorted to porting the video in using an iFrame, which was hideous and gave me flashbacks to 2002.

While in the Page Editor, I do see the video, or at least an image of the video, visible in the Text module when using the Facebook provided Embed code. But as soon as I publish and refresh the live page, it shows up blank.

ANY help would be greatly appreciated. I would be happy to grant access to my dev site privately if need be. Just wondering what the previous poster’s resolution was as I’m hopeful that will fix my issue as well.

    Thanks!

    Hey lyricaladmin!

Perhaps your getting a javascript error. Have you tried deactivating all plugins? Also make sure WordPress and Enfold are updated to their latest versions.

Send us a login and a link to the page and we’ll take a look. Be sure to set your reply as private.

    Cheers!
    Elliott
