    Hi,

    something strange is happening when i am changing the service section. When I update something, everything below the special headings disappears. I can change back to the revisions, but it is very annoying…

    Please check the content of the page, make sure that all html tags are closed properly. That should fix the issue.

    Hey!

    Did you add any html codes in that specific page? If yes, make sure that all codes or tags are closed properly. They tend to break the advance layout builder, removing elements below the page. Please let us know if this happening on all pages. When I say, html codes, you can look for something like this:

    <strong>This is a text<strong>

    On the example above, the strong tag is not closed properly. It should be:

    <strong>This is a text</strong>

    Hi Ismael,

    it is only happening on this page: http://www.onlinemarketingrockstars.com/approach/

    I can see everything in the advanced editor but can’t get this page to work. I can restore revisions but as soon as i update anything it saves only the top box and deletes the rest. I have not changed anything – just downloaded the template and tried to update the elements with the editor. Also tried to download the original again via the demo import but also the fresh page shows the same symptoms.

    I checked the reviews code that is restored on unclosed tags, but can’t anything wrong in the code.

    I can’t see an iconbox on the page you linked, I’m guessing you removed it? Are we allowed to add one for testing?

    hi that is the exactly the problem, iconbox disappears every time i change the text in the iconbox and when i click update. i put an old revision back now. try changing anything below the header and it will disappear when you press update.

    I see, sorry about that. You had some unclosed and old html markup in your special header, that’s why it happened. I changed it to this and it’s working as expected now:
