Could you help fix this issue on our site. When we upload and try to install new fonts from fontello it’s giving an error. Put the details in private section.
Is the theme compatible with PHP 5.5?

June 17, 2015 at 11:23 am #460654Hey glozemedia!
Thank you for using Enfold.
I test the icon font manager and I was able to upload a custom icon without any issue. And I guess you managed to add your own icons too.
Best regards,
IsmaelJune 17, 2015 at 6:04 pm #460893No for some reason I can’t add a fontello icon set, it’s saying server is not responding. You can see the fontello icons in the media folder, fontello-6951d9c5.zip
June 18, 2015 at 2:04 pm #461306Hey!
Alright. That’s unusual because like I said, I was able to upload a font icon using the iconfont manager in your installation. Please check it. Try to use a different browser or test it on another computer. And I added the font icons in a test page: http://superiornew.wpengine.com/test/ (hosted on WPengine)
Cheers!
IsmaelAugust 27, 2015 at 5:14 pm #494337Hi Ismaeel,
I have exactly the same problem. Can’t upload the zip file, same error message. Try to do with Chrome and Firefox. Still same problem. I also red another tread with the same problem, the guy said he change the name of the icons to a shorter one, I did also that, no result.
How can I solve it?
ThanksAugust 28, 2015 at 9:24 am #494692Hi,
Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details in the Private Content section of your reply.
Please try to start a new thread in the future because using old threads can get long and hard to follow for us moderators.
Regards,
RikardAugust 28, 2015 at 3:07 pm #494867Hi Rikard,
sorry for not starting a new tread, I’m new here.
In the private content you find the login details to access the dashboard.
ThanksAugust 31, 2015 at 12:38 pm #495747Hi!
you are using an old version of WordPress. Please upgrade to WordPress 4.3.
Can’t see the plugin section in your backend. Where is it?Regards,
AndyAugust 31, 2015 at 3:15 pm #495872Wow! you should know that this is a multisite installation and you should look in the network dashboard to see the plugin.
Are you sure I’ll not face problems after upgrade? I red around people having issues and as the site is under construction I’d like to avoid problems.
Could you please check the plugins are in the network dashboard as they should be. The login details I gave to you allow you to enter in that dashboard also.
ThanksSeptember 1, 2015 at 7:51 am #496266Hi!
The current user doesn’t have enough permission to access the network dashboard, import theme settings or to upload custom icons. Please create a super admin or give us access to the existing one. http://codex.wordpress.org/Super_Admin_Menu
