Enfold Theme options NOT SHOWING?

Hallo again.

There seems to be problems still.

I try to install my Enfold theme on a new different site I am working on SHOOT.dk

I have to major prolems:

1: I am unable to use the advanced layout manager. I have tried to upload via my webhost ftp, no result! This has been a problem for me before, but those times I managed somehow. This time however with no result. How is it that the normal .zip upload of the theme from within wordpress is not working?

2: The theme options at the left side of the tap Enfold is not showing. This inhibits me from entering my personal registration number and from updating etc.
