    Hi,

    I recently installed Enfold and am unable to crop/edit any image that I upload to WP. All I see is a “broken-image” icon. (screenshot)

    I’m fairly new to WP and CSS, and googling any solution has not helped. I’m not sure if its something on my end when setting up my WP or if it is Enfold not working well with what I have set up – I would appreciate any help as I have been dealing with this issue for a few days and cannot figure out what to do.

    Some things I have tried:
    – checked storage space on my host (Amazon AWS)
    – uninstalled and then did a fresh install of WP
    – uninstalled and did a fresh install of Enfold
    – deactivated all plugins

    Hi Rikard!

    Thank you for following up with me. I did figure out the issue with the help of a friend over the last couple of days. Turns out the issue was from my end and not due to Enfold – I was missing a php56-gd library that does image handling.

    Thankfully we figured it out and now everything is working perfectly. Hopefully I don’t run into any more issues :-)
