    Hello,

    I am having an issue with widgets disappearing when I upgrade from Enfold Version 3.1.3 to 3.1.5 or 3.2 on WordPress 4.2.2. I see that the widgets content in “custom sidebars” is being moved to “inactive widgets”. Unfortunately I have more than 100 widgets.

    I looked at the information Yigit posted in his reply to a similar issue at https://kriesi.at/support/topic/widgets-content-footer-has-disappeared/. Following that advice I downgraded to WordPress 4.1.5 and then upgraded to Enfold from Enfold version 3.13 to the latest version, Enfold version 3.2. Unfortunately that did not solve the problem.

    I have the same problem with widgets disappear with the combination WordPress 4.1.5 and Enfold version 3.2 or WordPress 4.2.2 and Enfold version 3.15.

    To clarify the site is currently at WordPress 4.1.5 and Enfold 3.2.

    Please advise.

    Hi!

    Unfortunately, in that case it seems like you are going to need to recreate your widgets once again. As i mentioned on the other thread, WordPress update casued the issue but that should not happen again in future
