    Hello!

Hello! I’m having a problem with the Avia Layout Builder. When I go to edit a page, I’m able to use the Avia Layout Builder as normal. When I update the page, and the go to add/modify elements using the builder, everything disappears within the builder window. Even though nothing is showing in the builder window, there are still elements being displayed on my published webpage.

In other words, I can use the page builder to build a page from scratch, and these elements are displayed on the published webpage. The problem is when I go to edit these elements using the builder, and everything that had once been in the builder window disappears.

I’ve tried to empty cache, clear browser history, and even log into another computer I had never been on before and the problem still remains. (Both computers being Mac OS X and using safari and chrome).

    Hey Rshaules!

Is it a specific page? It still loads fine on my end. Do you have any browser add-ons/extensions? If so, please try disabling them and check if that helps

    Best regards,

    Thanks for the quick reply!

I am having the problem on all pages (as opposed to posts where I’m not using the page builder).

Here is an example of a page I’m using that is showing up blank:

I’ve just tried on a windows based computer, logging in for the first time, and the problem is still there. Thanks for your continued support with this!

    Hey!

And this is how it looks on my end – http://i.imgur.com/rr1xQ79.png?1
I am not really sure why it does not work on your end while it does on my and Josue’s. I asked my other teammates to check your website. Please kindly wait to hear from them.

    Thanks for the quick reply!

Here is the screen shot of the problem I keep seeing on the back end:

Meanwhile on the front end, I see there is something on the page (even though I can’t edit it):

Thanks again for the help :)

Just wanted to let everyone know that the problem has been fixed. I didn’t think to flush the CDN cache, so once I did that, the problem has been solved.

Just in case anyone else has this same problem, these seemed to be the necessary steps:

    1) Flush dynamic/static cache through web host (I was using site ground)
    2) Flush cache with your CDN (I was using cloud flare)
    3) Clear cache in browser
