Avia Layout Builder continues to load

Hi,
we have a problem which is very critical to us: we use the avia layout builder for creating our sites and we just got contacted that our contact forms are not working. They aren’t even showing up on the website itself.
I wanted to take a look at the issue and found out that the layout builder continues loading instead of showing content!? All pages created by normal text editor work fine, so I guess it’s something with the avia framework itself? We updated wordpress recently from 3.9.x to 4.2.x

Are there any solutions to this? We can’t update anything on our website this way.

Edit: I tried purging browser cache as well as using different browsers. It appears in chrome, firefox, opera, safari and internet explorer.
