Hello, I’m having a problem across the board on IOS devices, the images for my website are not showing up. CSS also does not seem to be working correctly. This is happening on many clients’ phones and iPads. I am not using any plugins such as JetPack to display themes differently. There seems to just be an error where images simply will not load on mobile devices, any ideas will be much appreciated. Thank you.

Can you please try re-updating the theme via FTP and overwrite all files – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Also, please make sure that wp-content/uploads folder has correct permissions ( 755 ) – http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_File_PermissionsCheers!
YigitJune 16, 2015 at 9:58 pm #460431Hello,
I re-uploaded to the newest version of the theme, overwriting all files and changed all permissions to 755, but it’s still not working.
Any ideas? It seems very odd that it happens only with mobile pages.Best,
-PamJune 17, 2015 at 11:01 am #460638Hi!
What happens if you deactivate all plugins? Please disable the plugins then check the page again on mobile. Make sure to remove browser cache.
Cheers!
IsmaelJune 17, 2015 at 12:04 pm #460667Hi again,
We don’t have many plugins, and I’ve already removed all plugins then restarted them one at a time. The problem remains. The page works fine on desktop, but no picture or CSS appears on the mobile version.
Any other ideas?
-PamJune 18, 2015 at 7:35 pm #461539Hello guys, I just found the solution. We had a GoogleFrame.net Malware attack that was rewriting the mobile display of our website. The information is here: http://www.cloudkia.com/googleframe-net-malware/
We discovered this when we clicked on any of the images that were missing on our mobile, we got linked to googleframes.net. If any other client is having this problem, it may be due to this.
Warmly,
