    Is it good to provide some common page template inside avia layout builder? so that when add a new post/page, can select from a template (about us, contact us, privacy page etc…), so it is easier to start?

    Yes, you can save templates you have created using Avia Layout Builder and load them on other pages http://i.imgur.com/pkv1y7C.jpg
