    Hello,

    I have a menu created (main menu) and for some reason some pages are missing and when I try to add them nothing happens. I add them, hit save and they disappear.

    Hello Yigit,

    I am trying to add more items to the menu and did as the article says, I added the code to the htaccess file but I am still not able to do it.
    At the moment what happens is that all the pages are added to the menu automatically. I cannot remove an item without removing the page entirely.

    Could you please help?

    Hi,

    Login details are not working for me, are you sure the user is the email? Please make sure that you have assigned the menu to show as Enfold Main Menu under the menu items in Appearance–>Menus.

    Hi!

    There was only one way to find out I actually counted all the menu items and you have a total of 77 menu items in the backend.
    The total number of menu items showing on the frontend is the same. Could you please specifically tell us which menu item is not showing and which page is giving you trouble while adding more menu items and saving it so we can re-produce the issue at our end and help you better.

    Hi,
    I have similar problem: I’m trying to add a page in english into the menu. When I click “save” the 403 page appears…?
    Also when I’m trying to add a style to the element it does not take it. I’ve purged all caches and nothing happens.
    Cann you help please?

    Hi Anita,

    A 403 error means that you are denied access by the server, could you try to contact your hosting provider to see why that is please?

    Thanks for the update, does the same thing happen if you change the theme to one of the default WordPress themes?

    Hi Anita,

    It’s very likely not a theme problem then no, maybe you could try to some general WordPress debugging methods, or maybe you could reach out to WPML for support as well?
