    How can we change the editor to pop up as HTML instead of Text in the Text block editor?

    Please go to Users > Your Profile and check “Disable the visual editor when writing”

    That’s the opposite of what we want.

    We want the “Visual Editor” or the “Visual” tab to default when opening a text block instead of the “Text” tab.
