    Hi,

    I am working on a site for a client, and updating the theme today has broken the theme completely. And that right after the site was finished…
    I purchased the theme again, generated an API key and filled that in before the update. The web provider’s log generated a bunch of errors related to the update, any idea what the cause is? Was this related to the generated API key ? See below for the lofg data.

    Hi,

    After trying to reset a backup with the ISP of both the database and the site the conclusion was that some thing where broken in the theme in relation to the database. It was probably related to a badly set up child theme ( abck then the setup of the child failed from within the admin side)
    Just to be sure, the generating of a new API key for the second Enfold purchase did not have anything to do with it ? Or can I run multiple Enfold themes I purchase for clients on one API key ?

    Hi!

    New API key should not be the issue and i am not 100% sure if you can run multiple installations with one API key. I asked Kriesi, i will keep you updated.
