Hi my name is Chumpocomon, first at all congratulations for your great theme, what a great work you did xD I really love it! It completely fits my needs! However, I’m trying to set up a static page in the top main menu, this static page is my blog:
Home | Portfolio | About | Services | Contact | Blog
- Home, Porfolio, About, Services and Contact are in the Home page.
- My posts in the Blog page.
I had to set up in WP/Apparence/Menu the entire url for each section eg: http://www.myweb.com/#portfolio instead of #portfolio because I need to access from my Blog page to what I have in Home.
The thing is that now I cannot see where I am because all my sections in the menu are highlighted! If you move the scroll in the default demo you will see the letters in white color changing but using the entire url all the letters are white.
How I can solve this issue?

Thanks for the kind words, could you provide us with a link to the site in question so that we can take a closer look please?
Cheers!

You’re most likely getting this problem because you are using #top in your home anchor, top is the id of the body tag in Enfold so every anchor you are using is inside of it, could you try to use #fullscreen_slider_0 instead to see if that works better?

No highlighted menu in home when we scroll (all the letters of the menu are always in white)
This is what I tried to explain in my previous post, they are all most likely highlighted because you are using the #top selector which is the ID for the body tag in Enfold. So, if all your anchors are inside of the body tag, they will always be active, when you are inside the body tag, which you always are when viewing a page. Please try to change the #top anchor to something else, I’m pretty sure that will solve your problem.

RikardMay 21, 2015 at 10:37 am #447661Good morning Richard! Sorry, I was the one who understood you wrong in that second time :(!
How can I change the ID of the body without touching the code directly? I would like not to introduce this with every Enfold update! What do you recommend me? Is there any option in your theme interface?
Thanks Richard, have a great day!

May 22, 2015 at 6:26 am #448176Hi!
No problem, could you try to link your home link to #fullscreen_slider_0 instead to see if that works? That is the ID of your slider and it should work the same way as using #top.
Cheers!
RikardMay 22, 2015 at 10:08 am #448279Hi, Richard!
No, it doen’t work :( because if you are in “myweb.com/blog” and you try to go to “#fullscreen_slider_0” it will go to “myweb.com/blog#fullscreen_slider_0”. It’s happening like with “#top” (I cannot go back to home but I get the hover white effect in the menu xD)

May 22, 2015 at 10:18 am #448287There is something wrong with the style, If we use relative urls we cannot specify the page because we lose the style of the hover section in the menu.
May 23, 2015 at 3:14 am #448835Hi!
It would be better to create and set a different menu for the blog, you can use this plugin for that:

JosueMay 24, 2015 at 10:20 pm #449296Hello Josue! Thanks, that was what I tried on Friday but with some cache problems in menus! Finally, I gave it another chance after saw your comment and it works ^^. Well, it is weird if I try to change the blog menu it will stay as before, but it’s now how I want it to be maybe some bug with the zen-menu-logic. No worries :)
Thanks Josue and Richard for your support, hope you both enjoyed the weekend
