Problem with Grid Row 1/2

i set up my main website with Enfold
i use layout Elements with Grid Row 1/2
in the Grid, i put same text box and Portfolio Grid
when i look my website it has problem with Grid Row.
Two headlines are not on the same line.
However if i did 1/3 Grid Row, these headlines are on the same line.
