Bottom color section jumps on page load

Hi Guys,

When our homepage loads, the bottom color section jumps down from the top of the screen. This is a bit of an issue at the moment but it will become even more important in the updated site which will have an alternative homepage the user goes to they will experience the jump effect each time.

Are you able recommend a solution?
