Hi Guys, just in the process of migrating my existing website to Enfold.
I’ve searched, and seen similar posts, but can’t find the answer.
This is a brand new website, and I’ve uploaded the sample pages and am slowly changing the content.
I’m trying to add images to the “About Us” page, but when I click on the ‘Change Image’ button, or “Insert Image’ button, nothing happens.I’ve been able to change the homepage logo, so that worked for some reason.
I’m using win8.1, with Chrome and IE11, but both are having the same problem.
May 8, 2015 at 8:33 pm #441760Hey jnrdavo!
Is it the featured image? When I click on it I get a weird javascript error.
TypeError: wp.Uploader is undefined ...ions.title}),this.modal.content(this)),(wp.Uploader.limitExceeded||!wp.Uploader....
Try adding this to your wp-config.php file.
define('CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS', false);
And then let us know when your done so we can take another look.
Best regards,

I added in the line, but still the same problem.
Interesting, when I add photos to the library, it accepts them at first, but then when I click to edit a page, and then go back to media, it’s empty. Something wrong here :-(
May 10, 2015 at 6:58 am #442057Hi!
Could you try to overwrite the theme files via FTP with a fresh copy from Themeforest to see if that helps? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Cheers!
RikardMay 11, 2015 at 9:11 am #442280ok, thanks.
Just uploaded the contents of the zip again to the /V4 folder, but still no luck.
Can’t update the library (add new images) at all..
May 14, 2015 at 5:02 am #444086Hi!
Could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict please?
Best regards,
RikardMay 2, 2017 at 7:42 am #786192Hi, I am having the same issue as described in this thread.
I am running a WordPress Network-site, set-up as subdomain (*.tech-observer-new.com). When clicking the ‘insert image’ no pop-up screen appears. The issue occurs at all subdomains and the main site (which all have separate admin panels)
Kindly note I am experienced in using Enfold, and have another website running this theme (https://medi-paper.com). I could not find a reply on this forum which enabled me to change or insert images.
I am able to upload images into the media folder from my dashboard.
Rolling back to the standard WP Twentyseventeen theme allowed me to insert media into posts –> It is not a WP issue.
I have disabled all my plugins but to no avail –> Not a plugin issue either.
Re-installing a fresh downloaded clean copy of Enfold into the Themes folder –> It did not resolve the issue.Does it have anything to do with the multisite setup (though Enfold should support it as far as I have read before setting it up).
May 2, 2017 at 11:56 am #786282Hi,
Thanks for the login details, though I get a 403 error on the login page. Are you blocking certain countries IPs maybe?

RikardMay 2, 2017 at 12:05 pm #786288Thank you Rikard, for your fast actions and apologies for the inconvenience. Please try again.
May 2, 2017 at 6:10 pm #786602Hi,
I noticed that you are using a caching plugin. Would you mind opening your plugin’s settings page and temporarily deactivate the caching of your site? Then please try to clear your browser cache and hard refresh the site (Hold CTRL + SHIFT + RELOAD) to see if that solves the issue.

AndyMay 3, 2017 at 3:02 am #786838Hi Andy,
Thanks. I found what was causing my issue. The problem was that I was working on this site from a private browser window, instead of a normal, non-private, window in Safari 10.1 (Latest Mac OS, Macbook 12″, Retina 2016).Sorry to have troubled you with this, but hopefully my finding can help you in the troubleshooting with others in the future.
Thanks once more. I will take the Kriesi account offline.
