Hi Guys!
The Enfold theme has been amazing never a problem in the years that I give it hard work. However, yesterday the Easy Slider and Full Screen Slider stopped working. Specifically, I can select and customize the element (s) in edit mode, yet it shows up blank on the webpage.

Thank you for using Enfold.
Please try to regenerate the thumbnails then select the “Extra Large” thumbnail again. Use this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
Cheers!

The same problem came out of the blue, yet this time the ‘trick’ I did above did not work. Plus, another page decide to join in the revolt. Here they are:

Could you try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict? Also, please upgrade the account to admin so that we can see everything on the back-end.
Best regards,
RikardJune 15, 2015 at 6:41 am #459103Hi Rikard,
Yes, I have tried to disable all plugins and it did not change anything. I have changed the role to admin for you. Also, I found a similar post in the support which suggested to add some CSS code in the general styling. I did that and find that it brings back the text only, but not the images. For reference that is:
.avia_transform .av_slideshow_full .avia-caption-content, .avia_transform .av_slideshow_full .avia-caption-title, .avia_transform .av_fullscreen .avia-caption-content, .avia_transform .av_fullscreen .avia-caption-title, .avia_transform .avia-slideshow-button .avia_active .slideshow li { visibility: visible; }
Thank you for taking a look,
Taja

Yes, that did fix it! What is interesting is that those links were there for a few weeks before the collapse. Can you suggest why unmasked links in the menu create such a problem?

June 17, 2015 at 8:24 pm #460963Hi Taja,
We couldn’t really know how it was before you reported the issue but the reason why it happened is because Enfold parses all menu links in order to do things like lightbox or smoothscroll activation, in that process jQuery found some weird characters on those links and it crashed, as jQuery is essential for the rest of the JavaScript-powered elements they crashed too.
