Good morning, after the last update I have big problems. After updating all sidebars have disappeared. I hbae tried to save the settings again and re-create the widgets. Nevertheless, the problem persists.
Hey suchfin!
With WordPress 4.2 widget areas required a unique ID and Enfold 3.1.5 solved this issue but unfortunately it may result in clearing widget areas. You should not have any problems recreating them though. Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
Cheers!

Hi, sorry but i don’t use WordPress 4.2. How You imagine that? I have over 1000 pages! I can not all the pages manually update the widget to run to get.
Hi!
Please update WordPress to latest version as well. Also, can you please post the link to your website?

Sorry but I don’t understand it. I use 4.1 … I do not always use the latest version of WordPress. I have other plugins that I need. Not all are always updating the fastest your plugins. I also don’t see that the Version 4.2 is required to use the Enfold Theme. Sorry but for this procedure I have no sympathy. As I said, I have more than 1,000 pages. It costs me a lot of days to update all the pages, so that the widgets are displayed. So far, I was convinced of your work but this is an total Nogo …
My opinion: If you publish an update, you should also test whether it is running. With WP 4.1, I use not just an outdated version of WP.

Hello
Rico can you please post the link to your website? You do not have to update WordPress to the latest version. It is always recommended to use the latest version of softwares, mine was just a suggestion.
Please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps and elaborate on the issue you are having.

Yigit
