Tabs – control scroll bar size issue

We use the tabs feature to show some links to legal docs. Up till now there have only been 3-4 so it worked out fine.

Now I’m adding many more so it will be over 20. What I’m finding is that’s making the section grow to the point that it throws it out of balance with the bottom (left column of page extends further than I want).

The scroll bar seems to just grow as I add things. I’d much prefer it stay smaller so that using it actually scrolls thru the list.

Is there a way I can force the scroll bar size?
