Hello Kriesi team,
So I have set up links to various manuals and other downloads that are stored on my clients server. The URL paths and everything are correct, but access to the files seem to be “blocked” by Enfold and WordPress. Rather than being able to view the files, they get sent to a page not found screen. Guessing because it is not “listed” in my WordPress page directory.
Please help! This is a huge issue and customers are relying on these resources. How can I bypass the 404 and simply have the user access the server files? Thanks!
