    Hello,
I am starting a new thread as advised –
The issue is that the sub-menu links are enlarged. The Social Icons are stacking in the top bar menu and they are also displaying the icon title (such as the text “facebook”) instead of just the icon.

I have been told 2x by moderators to remove the bbpress plugin (that is not installed on my site) – if possible, any actual help would be very appreciated. I have already tried removing all the plugins from the site completely, and nothing changes. I have inspected the element, and when I change/set the height of the sub-menu link, it sets the height of the box, but the sub menu link remains outside that set size, in a large box. The social menu top bar is also displaying vertically and with the title. It doesn’t seem to be edit-able with over-ride code (CSS) and I am just a bit lost as to how to go about fixing this :/ I’ve reinstalled the theme several times, and updated it manually, replacing the CSS file and header.php files manually just to be sure there is no difference in the enfold theme files on this website vs. 2 other websites where your theme is working just fine.

Login details provided again here. Any help would be very welcome.

    Hi ryandboyle!

    Thank you for using Enfold.

If you check the html codes using google inspector or firebug, you’ll see that the body tag is duplicated and the id/classes attributes are missing.

    <body class=" customize-support"><body>

This is usually cause by a third party plugin. What happens when you switch to a default theme?

Please go to wp-content / uploads folder then rename the plugins folder. It will totally deactivate the plugins, remove browser cache then check the page again.

    Regards,
    Ismael
