    Hello! I’m trying to embed a facebook post into a page, and it doesn’t seem to be working properly. It’s at the bottom there. Any help would be great! Thanks!

    What is the code that you’re using? Is it from a plugin? Please contact the plugin author for additional help. Place the code on pastebin.com so that we can check it.

    No, I’m just using the “embed post” option on Facebook, and copying that into the page. No plugin involved. http://pastebin.com/BV73z3wu

    I do notice that after I save the page and go back into the code, the visual composer adds a bunch of paragraph tags which might be messing with the code, but I don’t know how to fix that.

    This still did not work. Here is an image of what it looks like when I do that. Unfortunately I cannot leave the code there as this is a live page that is being linked to. If there is supposed to be a code block in the visual composer (as opposed to text block, horizontal ruler, etc) I’m not seeing it.

    Hi!

    You can find the Code Block element under Content Elements in the ALB, it’s the last element in the list.

    I couldn’t see what version of the theme you are using but it must be an old one, please try to update to the latest version, 3.1.5.

    That code block works fine for pages, but if I’m adding posts with the default editor, how can I add them?

    Hi!


    @thx2net     you need to follow the same steps as you would embed the facebook post in a page. Just add a code block in your post and insert the facebook code it should work :)
