On the right size in the middle, the is a navigation bar with many big dots, and each dot refers to a section inside the page, on hover a dot the corresponding section title is displays. It works like anchors.
Possible to activate this on a special page ? Or even for all pages ?

Your link is asking me for a login.
It sounds like what your wanting to do is set an ID for each color section in your page and then drag the “Custom Menu” widget to your sidebar and create custom links for each section.
For example if your section has an ID of “about” then your link should point to it like so, “#about”.
