    Hallo,

    I made a form here: http://www.ericsmeets.nl/cursussen/losse-cursus/
    As you can see there is a question: ‘Ben je in het bezit van een eigen laptop? (Alleen voor de Photoshopcursussen.) Indien niet, geen probleem. Geef in dat geval aan of je een Macbook of een Windows laptop wilt lenen.’ and there are 3 possible answers + an empty field that shows up before you have made a selection.

    The problem is that in the mail I get after someone has filled out the form and pressed send I don’t get the answer to the above question in the mail. All the other fields are showing, but that question is not showing at all.

    Any idea what could be wrong here?

    Try deactivating all of your plugins. If that does not help then send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a closer look.

    Hey!

    What happens when you remove the empty selection? Or replace with a text that reads “Please select” or “Please select your answer below”.

    No, that does not make a difference. The strange thing is also that on another page: http://www.ericsmeets.nl/cursussen/groepscursus-als-privecursus/ where I made exactly the same question the answer does come through…

    Hey!

    It’s because of the item next to the select, as their labels are quite similar; their fields get the same name (avia_ben_je_in_het_bezit_van_een_1). Changing the first words of this label will suffice:

    Ben je in het bezit van een cadeaubon? Zo ja, voor welk bedrag of voor welke cursus?
