    Tested on IE 8 / 9 website looks like that:

    The rest of the website looke the same, background color isn’t correct, icons doesn’t show, iframe code blocks aren’t correct

    Also if page preloading is set on then loading the website is stuck on preloading and doesn’t show the website

    ** All issues are only regarding Internet Explorer Versions

    Some fixes on the web suggest adding this line of code to the header.php of the theme file
    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8">
    or this one
    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=EmulateIE8">

    Is it safe ?

    Hi!

    It’s a font problem, for some reason Open Sans does not support Hebrew on IE. You’d need to change it (Enfold > General Styling > Fonts).

    Hey Josue thanks for the help!!

    case solved

    for future refrence
    after some research and your help I found out Hebrew Open Sans doesn’t support @import with IE
    had to upload the web font files and use @font-face to integrate it so IE would show it as it’s supposed to
