Hello there,
I have a website created by Enfold theme and one additional parked domain as well.
I see the parked domain doesn’t show some icons such as arrow icons on the slide show, socket area etc. How can I display them correctly like the primary site?
Best,
Brandon
Hi Brandon!
Please refer to solution suggested here – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/enable-cors/

Hi Yigit,
Thank you for your response.
How do I know if it is either Apache or IIS7? And where should I add that code? Is there one of a menu under Appearance> Edit Themes? Could you please specify it?
All the best,
Brandon
Hi!
You can go to root of your WordPress installation and find .htaccess file there. Please make sure to display hidden files. You can contact your service provider and they can make the changes for you as well

Thank you Yigit,
Bear with me, but I still wanna fix this problem.
Could you let me know where is the “root of the WordPress installation?”
Do I have to access through FTP or something?
I couldn’t find .htaccess file from Appearance> Editor.
Thank you.
Brandon
Hi,
Exactly, you would have to access the actual files on your server with FTP software or cPanel depending on your setup. Like Yigit said you could also contact your hosting provider to see if they can help you out with it unless you want to do it yourself.

Rikard
Thank you guys.
It’s been finally solved.
