    Hi Guys – In the advanced layout editor when I click Save Entry As Template nothing happens. This worked fine previously but just stopped working. Any idea how to fix? Many thanks

    Hi stunna42!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps? If not, please post the link to your website, we may need a temporary admin login as well

    Hi Yigit – This is happening on a production ecommerce site so we unfortunately can’t disable our plugins…but if it helps, we’ve made no changes to any plugins nor added any between the time when this was working and now…when it’s not working.

    How else may I help?

    Make sure that you have the latest version of the theme, 3.1.3. Post the website url here so that we can check it.
