    Dear Support Team,

    I noticed a loading problem on my website: http://www.edv-bv.com/
    Sometimes when I open the website, the loading process won’t stop and the website won’t show, then I have to refresh the page
    to get access to it.

    The same problem happens in the backend of wordpress. I thought maybe it’s an enfold problem?!
    the website runs on the current version of enfold 3.0.4 and I use wordpress 4.0.2

    Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.1.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit,

    I updated Enfold to the latest version 3.1.5 via FTP. But the Problem is still there…

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    Hi,

    I think that worked, do you know how I could check which plugin causes the problems?

    Because its hard to find out if the problems are still there or not. And to check every single plugin
    it takes a long time?!

    Unfortunately only way to find out which plugin is causing the issue is activating them one by one :/

    Hey!

    Thanks for the heads up! Couple of users reported the same issue as well but unfortunately we have not been able to reproduce it yet. Once we do, we will fix it :)
