    This is hit and miss since upgrading . I believe the issues started on the previous rev. 3.1.1. I am running 3.1.3. Apparently some classes changed between upgrades? When I change and element to customize like for the main content, it has no effect.

    On some custom CSS, I have to add it directly to the child theme CSS for it take effect.
