    Hi, I have a Gravity Form which looks a bit strange on some of the inputs, specifically date selector, “Other, please specify” and in general input labels are slightly out, see private image and URL

    Enfold: v3.1.3
    Wordpress Version: 4.1.1
    Gravity Forms: 1.9.6

    your website is in maintenance mode, but we need to have a look into your form. Please provide us admin access. Post login details here as private reply (only moderators can see privat content).

    You could try to deactivate all other plugins, to see if one is causing this problems.

    Hi!

    I checked your link with chrome and firefox, but could not find any date selector and everything looked fine to me. Could you fix it? If not please send us the correct link (showing the issue with date selector etc.) and/or provide us some up to date screenshots. I clicked several times on “Next”, but your form looks good to me …
