Hi team
I have found some old threads but I have had no success with the editor. It just sits there loading….forever….
I know you are going to growl but I use no child theme so fear my updates is having an effect.
Should i first make a child theme then try again?
Thank you
April 21, 2015 at 2:02 am #431699Can I make a child theme and somehow transfer all the data from the parent theme to it? Then bring in a clean parent theme? :/

The login is not working for me.
Did you do some customizations to Enfold and now the advanced layout editor is not working?

It looks like your using Enfold 2.4.2. You’ll need to update to the latest version, 3.1.3, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.
Cheers!
ElliottApril 27, 2015 at 7:58 am #435071Hey guys,
Im having the same issues on my website. I click the ‘advanced layout editor’ button and absolutely nothing happens.
I have tried:
– reuploading theme via ftp
– diabling all plugins
– used chrome and safari
– updated everythingAny ideas? Could it be an issue with my hosting provider?
April 27, 2015 at 3:33 pm #435315Yup, same here.
Fresh WP 4.2 install, only Enfold 3.1.3 is installed, not a single other plugin. When I click the advanced layout builder button absolutely nothing happens :\
The Add Media button is also not working. When I switch back to Twenty Fifteen it works again, so I think it really is something with the Enfold theme.
Re-uploading the theme files and overwriting all exisiting files didn’t help.

Could you try completely deleting the theme and then uploading a fresh copy to see if that helps?

RikardApril 28, 2015 at 5:53 am #435782I didn’t change anything and the advanced layout editor started working last night! Happy days.

Mine is working too now, but the reason TheProductionHouseEvents install started working automagically was because you probably have WordPress auto-updates on (default setting). Since last night WordPress was updated to 4.2.1 and something critical was changed and now it’s working again. I just manually updated my install to 4.2.1 and now everything is working on my end too.
