Blog post type from Kriesi website?

Hi. Great theme. So flexible. I’m trying to re-create the top of this (http://kriesi.at/archives/6-lessons-from-taking-a-brand-new-open-source-product-from-0-to-500000-downloads-in-12-months) blog post from your website–with the large feature image at the top and the title centered and below the image. I could use the ALB but that would disable the comments (it seems to turn them off every time I use it). So I’m guessing that you’ve got another way to accomplish this type of post configuration without having the comments disable themselves. Please help.
