    Hi there,
    For some reason my Google analytics code has not worked since day 1.
    I copied and pasted the code that google provides, and nothing shows up in my data. I also searched this forum and found an alternative code that a support staff provided and used that to no avail.
    When I log into the anaytlics dashboard, all the data displays 0. There’s no error though, that says the code is incorrect or anything.
    I’m at a loss as to what to do. Can someone please help?

    Hi tkumabe!

    All you need to do is paste the tracking code that Analytics gives you into Dashboard > Enfold > Theme Options > Google Analytics Tracking Code. It may take around a day to see the results.

    I checked your source code and the analytics script is loading properly. I would try giving it some more time.

    If it’s still not working then I would try the debugging steps here, https://developers.google.com/analytics/resources/articles/gaTrackingTroubleshooting.

    The code has been like this for a couple weeks. If that’s not enough time, then I don’t know what is. I looked at that page before but didn’t see anything that I could easily fix myself.

    I’m using a child theme. Would this have any effect on this? Should I apply this to the parent theme? I’m also on a multi-user site. Do you think that would have an effect as well?

    Using a child theme shouldn’t matter, it should work the same way. Not sure what you mean by multi-user site though?
