    Hey!

    Login credentials are not working for me. Can you please check them once again? Have you tried de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?

    hi – i’m sorry about that – please try again. I’ve turned off all the plugins and it seemed to work for a second.. then not.

    Also, when I tried updated enfold theme it broke the wp backend(white screen), so I had to delete them and install it again.

    Hi!

    You are using a very old version of Enfold, it you didn’t have any luck updating via the backend, could you please try via FTP? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    I feel like I’m on a loop here –

    if I keep old version of enfold – backend shows up, but can not edit pages

    if I update theme – backend white screen of death

    I’ve upated theme both ways – auto + ftp

    Now what???

    Hey!

    Please upload Enfold 3.1.3 zip file to somewhere on your server and then post FTP credentials here privately so we can update the theme for you.
    Have you made any changes on theme files? If so, please point them out or they will be overwritten once we update the theme.

    Hi!

    There were two Enfold new versions, i wanted to remove one from WordPress backend but accidentally i removed the old version and FTP access is not working so i could not do anything to fix. I am really sorry. Can you please check FTP credentials once again?
