new items on page won't show

SOLVED – No action/answer required

I have a page with news-items:

When creating a new news item by duplicating a row (cloning) and editing image, text en Read more-link and saving it all,
the new item will never show up at the frontend. In backend the edited page (with the new item) is shown.

Neither manually adding a new row and populating it also manually with the elements to create a new newsitem won’t work. No new content on this page is published after updating.

I do not have a caching plugin or something likewise.
