Content of fullwidth easy slider sometimes not loading - Support

Hello,

I am having this issue that sometimes on various devices the content of fullwidth easy slider sometimes not loading. More specifically the background photo: http://www.ericsmeets.nl/testserver/over-mij

But if I reload the page it suddenly pops up. But of course I want it always to work and not just when a user has refreshed the page.

Any idea why is not working sometimes?

Page you posted cannot be found. Can you please check the link once again? Also, i have noticed that you are using one older version of the theme. Please update it to the latest version 3.1.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi Eric!

Thanks for the link. Which browser and OS are you using? I could not reproduce the issue.
If you are seeing the issue on a specific browser, can you please try disabling all browsers plugins/extensions as well all of your WP plugins and check if that helps?

Hello,

I tested this on a MAC with Chrome and a PC with Chrome. I think Chrome is the problem, because when I use internet Explorer on my PC for example the problem does not occur.

Yes, I did. And my friends pc has the same issue. Could you test it in the Chrome browser please?

Hey!

I reloaded the page about 5 times on latest Chrome/OSX and I get the same results every time: http://imgur.com/z8AQoEo. Is it only happening on Windows or are there any special steps to reproduce?

Hello Rikard, the funny thing is that if I press reload on the spot where the images should be they pop up, but if I press reload outside of the images area they remain abscent after the reload…..

It is also happening on a mac with chrome installed.

Yes, I can reproduce the issue. The weird thing is, if you go to the actual image url, they don’t exist:

Did you add any thumbnail size modifications or any modifications at all? Please try to regenerate the thumbnails with this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/simple-image-sizes/
