Hi
I have two contact forms on my website sciscomediation.com. One is used on my contact page and it works perfectly. The other, is used on my home page and when if submitting the form the first time the page loads, I as the form submitter get the email but not the owner email ” (Email address hidden if logged out) “. If I refresh the page, the captcha calculation does not work properly and the form submission no longer works either.I have gone through the troubleshooting steps, had my Host provided made changes which allowed emails to work – the test done with the contact page form submission is my proof.
I don’t understand why the contact form submission from the home page remains temperamental.
Please help me find what is going on. I have included my login credentials should you wish to take a took.

I think you forgot the website url. Have you tried using the Contact Form 7?

I sent you some emails from the form in the contact page. Yeah it doesn’t seem like the page is refreshing completely, are you using a caching plugin? It seems to work fine when I view a different page and then come back to it though. The captcha appears to be working fine for me.
Try deactivating all plugins to see if that helps.

I’m hosted with WP Engine where caching is handled, so don’t use a caching plugin. I only use one plugin for this website – UpdraftPlus for backing up the site. The other plugin installed is Duplicate Post but it’s deactivated.
I only have two pages for this website – the contact page and the home page (which uses anchors between sections)

Could you try to delete the WP Engine cache to see if that helps?

My client confirms that he is now receiving the emails.However, I have purged all cache at WP Engine anyway.
I’d like to put this issue on hold and check in a few weeks to see if this is still an issue.
