ul#avia-menu is missing class .av-main-nav on sub pages. I’m not sure why this is happening, or if this is the only discrepancy. I looked through the code and either page seems to be using the same menu. There must be some dynamic element I missed or maybe a setting in the admin. Not sure. Your help would be much appreciated.
April 9, 2015 at 5:35 pm #426100Hey kirstenly!
Let’s try the following.
1. Deactivate all plugins.
2. Completely delete Enfold from your WordPress theme directory before downloading + uploading a fresh copy from themeforest.
Let us know if that fixes the problem.

ElliottApril 10, 2015 at 4:51 pm #426647Hm. That didn’t fix it.

Could you please provide us with a temporary admin login so that we can take a closer look? You can post the details here as a private reply.

I’m sorry but you’re using a very old version of the theme, 2.4.2. Please download the latest version, 3.1.3, from your themeforest account then update the theme via FTP. Please refer to this link for more info: http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
Note that the update might break some element on the theme because there’s a of changes as of version 3.1.3. You might need to configure the options again or recreate them from scratch. One thing that will definitely change is the header because of the new header configurator that was added on version 2.6. Please update the theme regularly.

Home page theme version is correct, 3.1.3. The weird thing is, on subpages, the version of the theme is 2.4.2: http://mccartanandcompany.com/approach/
Is there any server cache or something like that?
Best regards,
IsmaelApril 15, 2015 at 6:38 pm #429140I checked w/ the hosting company. There’s nothing that would cause this.
April 16, 2015 at 5:49 pm #429774Any further thoughts on what’s going on w/ the theme, or is our only alternative to rebuild the site on another theme?
April 17, 2015 at 8:06 am #430143Hey!
I don’t think changing themes should be necessary, as far as I know you are the only one having this problem so it must be a local thing. Are you sure that you completed Elliotts suggestions here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/main-menu-is-vertical-on-home-page-and-horizontal-on-sub-pages/#post-426100. I really feel that overwriting the theme should fix any problem. If not, do you mind if we try? If yes, then we would need a temporary FTP account so that we can upload files.
