Hello,
I have the issue that Enfold 3.1.3 in responsive mode. Users opening our page on an iPhone/iPad can open the mobile menu and use the links, but they can’t scroll the menu. This means that all menu items that are outside the screen can’t be reached.
I already tried removing all customizations in functions.php, disabled all plugins, remove all custom css etc – no luck.
Thanks for your advice.
Kind regards

it’s been a while already since this issue was reported by the first users. Is there any update yet?
Thanks,

This issue is unfortunately a very tricky one and our devs are still working on it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Cheers!
YigitApril 23, 2015 at 8:43 am #433299Hi Yigit,
another week has passed and there is still no update on this issue? I understand it might be a tricky one, but it is also an absolutely critical one. The issue that menus are not scrollable on iPad/iPhones has been reported by many users, all of which have been very patient, even though our websites lose customers and potential sales as long as the visitors are not able to navigate the website correctly.
Since the rest of Enfold works so flawlessly, I’m not keen to change to another theme. Can you please provide an outlook on when a fix can be expected?
Thanks a lot
JasonApril 24, 2015 at 4:39 pm #434211Hi Jason!
Please add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab
@media only screen and (max-width: 767px) { .boxed #wrap_all { overflow: hidden; /*needed for mobile menu scrolling */ } }
Enfold version 3.1.4 will fix the issue
Best regards,
YigitApril 25, 2015 at 11:57 pm #434763Hi Yigit,
thanks for your reply. I have removed all custom CSS from style.css and quick CS, copied your CSS snippet into Quick CSS, saved, emptied all caches and reloaded the page on iPhone. The scrolling issue remains the same. Do you have any other advice? Also, when will enfold 3.1.4 be released?
Thanks

RikardApril 27, 2015 at 10:57 am #435139Hi!
Mind posting me the credentials to log into your backend so I can test a few extra css rules? The login data you provided earlier does not seem to work anymore. Not sure why this is not working for you. Probably because of a customisation or maybe we are missing something

May 7, 2015 at 4:58 am #440738Hi Alan!
Could you try to update to the latest version of the theme, 3.1.5, to see if that helps?
Best regards,
RikardMay 14, 2015 at 10:25 am #444188Hi Rikard,
3.1.5 seems to have fixed it. Thanks!
