Menu changes when scrolling + iconbox letters issue

Hi again,

I’m almost done with another Enfold site but I have two small bugs that I cannot get rid of.

1) I have a transparant + glassy menu that I’ve done some small CSS tweaks to in order to get more transparancy.

This is the code I’ve added. (Found here on this site of course)

When loading the page the menu looks exactly like I want it to, but when scrolling down a bit it changes design for some reason? It becomes less transparant and the line underneath the menu links changes place. I’ve tried to locate the issue in Enfold > Header but I cannot find anything checked there that can cause the problem.

2) When creating an icon-box it cuts off the bottom of low letters like g, j etc. in the heading.

What can be the issue here?
