How can i create this kind of main navigation bar

Along with Enfold, i also love AKAL theme (http://akal.bradweb.net/) and purchased it couple of months ago, however this developer is not reliable and his support is pathetic, so i don’t plan to use his theme, rather make my website look like this through Enfold.

To start with, i need to create similar kind of main menu including colors/fonts/thickness etc as shown in the screenshot below

I have tried a bit, but didn’t achieve this, as i don’t know programming, but somehow i think programming might not be required to achieve this, can you help me?
