    Hey Guys,
    My site http://www.teamchat.com/ had version 2.7.1 before, I did update it to 3.1.3.
    Its showing some blank space on top. I know its conflicting with some plugin or something like that.
    I thought its issue caused by zopim, I did update it, also disabled it. But no change. Also have changed template file header.php.
    This is my live site, Please assist us with it asap.

    Hey gupshupdotme!

    Yes it seems to be caused by the Zopim plugin, our support for third party plugins is limited, could you try to contact the plugin authors to see if they can help you?

    Hey Guys,
    I guess we are wrong.
    I did disabled plugin, everything from plugin was removed, except those junk params. I am keeping it same way . Can you please check it asap.
    Update :i did uninstalled / installed it back. Nothing happened.
    Update 2 I did disabled/enabled every plugin active. Also have updated every plugin. No change.

    In that case, please contact plugin authors. I do not want to go through their files and mess up something.

    You can add following code to Quick CSS in Enfold theme options under General Styling tab for a temporary workaround
