Hi,
When I go to “Theme update” I click check manually and I says I am running the lastest version
You are running the latest version! (3.1.1)
There is a newer version. How can I upgrade the theme?

Latest version is currently 3.1.3 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
