    Hello,

    I’m changing the theme on an existing site to Enfold. How can I configure the theme when it is not active? I have a test site (without all of the content of the production site) that I have used to get a feel for configuring Enfold. Ideally, I’d be able to move the Enfold configuration from the test site to the production site. So, I guess two questions:

    1. Can I configure Enfold on the production site when the theme is not active?
    2. Can I move the Enfold configuration from a test site to a production site?

    Hi Yigit,

    Migrating a test server to the production site is not an option as the test site does not contain any of the content of the production site. I need theme configuration only. Also, I need to know the answer to the first question, can I configure the theme on the production site when the theme is not currently active.

    Hey!

    No, it is not possible. However you can display landing page temporarily such as this one – http://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-coming-soon/
    You can migrate your production site to your test one and then make the configurations and move it back to production site

    Thanks Yigit! I didn’t think about migrating the production to test and then test back to production. I’ll give that a shot.
