    Hi there
    None of the demo imports work for me sadly. I gather this is probably to do with my host if no-one else is having issues. Are there xml demo files available instead?

    Hey Dan!

    Are you making sure to give it some time to download? It has to download images, post content, etc etc, so it may take around a minute. Send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look.

    Did you try wiping everything and importing again? The error message seems to occur because some files already exists.

    Hi Rikard – thanks for the reply. Yes I’ve tried wiping everything and when I try again I get the message:

    “Import didn’t work.
    Please reload the page and try again”.

    What do you think?

    Login credentials are not working for me. Can you please try updating the theme to latest version 3.1.2 and try importing demo files – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi Yigit – sorry, it’s because I re-used the reset tool.

    I’ve reset the DB, updated the theme and re-adding the account (same details as you’ve just tried). Have another go, but I wasn’t getting any joy….

    Hey!

    Hmm, looks like a 500 server error. Try turning on WordPress debugging, https://codex.wordpress.org/Debugging_in_WordPress, and then check your server error logs for any useful information.

    I would also contact your hosting provider about this to see if they have any idea on what it could be.
